The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individual to provide excellent service and support to our frontline employees, customers and future employees and ensure delivery of all tasks on each shift. To be the central point for Carlisle Support Services for all stakeholders.
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
* Issuing offers & contracts of employment & benefits
* Right to Work checks
* Wagestream, Payroll & benefit queries
* TUPE admin
* Processing leavers
* Peninsula letters and managing the family friendly policies
* Recording & documenting employee queries that are received into the centre via various channels
* Financial and employment references
* Issuing of the various Carlisle awards
* Maternity/Paternity Admin
* HR & Training admin as and when required
* Answer incoming calls into the team
* Provide reports on volume of activity
* Ucomply queries
The ideal candidate
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships across all levels
* Excellent organisational and planning skills to help ensure the delivery of a fast-paced HR service
* Previous administration experience
* Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
* Has excellent customer focus and a proactive approach
* Is able and willing to work as part of a collaborative team
* Has the ability to multi-task, working accurately and efficiently
* Can build working relationships with a range of people at all levels
* Is adaptable and can respond positively to unforeseen circumstances and change
* Location is Luton 5 days a week initially then hybrid
* Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes
* This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code
