About the role
We are seeking to appoint casual lettings assistants at The De Montfort School to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the running of the leisure facilities and all lettings within the school.
* Aid with upkeep of the premises and provide strong customer service to the end users.
* Ensure that school site security is maintained during the lettings and that premises are locked up and alarmed when lettings have finished.
* Assist in the promotion of the facilities to the wider community.
Hours
* Monday – Friday between 4.30pm – 10pm.
* Saturday and Sundays between 7.30am – 8.00pm.
Due to the lone-working requirements of this position, candidates must be aged 18 or above.
Qualifications
* Awareness and understanding of working within a school environment.
* Experience of dealing with the general public.
* Experience in maintaining a safe and clean external environment (e.g., gritting carparks and walkways).
