The company is a long‑standing, design‑led practice delivering varied projects across the UK. Its portfolio includes high‑end residential developments, education facilities, healthcare schemes, commercial projects, and heritage projects. They are known for their thoughtful, detailed approach, working on refurbishments, extensions, and new builds, with a strong base of repeat, long‑term clients.
With a growing workload, particularly in high‑end residential projects, they are now looking to expand their team.
Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings
* Prepare planning and tender packages
* Assist with building regulations submissions
* Attend team and client meetings
* Regular site visits across the UK
Qualifications
* Strong AutoCAD 2D skills
* Solid understanding of building regulations
* Strong communication skills
* Personable and client‑facing
* Ability to work independently and within a team
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable communicating with clients. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the office near Coventry, as this is an office‑based role with regular site visits.
