Service Care Solutions is working alongside Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, seeking an experienced Administrator (Finance) to join their team on a temporary basis. Please find the role details below:

Role Overview
* Process and monitor payment of high-value construction-related invoices.
* Track and monitor budgets, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
* Prepare financial reports and assist with forecasting and cost control.
* Update and maintain internal databases with financial and administrative data.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and documentation.
* Perform general office administration, including document creation, correspondence, and filing.
* Support in producing documentation and reports using Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
* Assist with procurement and order processing tasks as required.
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction or finance-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of budget monitoring and invoice processing.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, tables, charts) and Word.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong numeracy skills and the ability to manage financial data accurately.
