What you will do
* Accuracy Checking: Perform final accuracy checks of dispensed medications in line with SOPs and professional standards.
* Service Delivery: Support the delivery of safe and effective pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Medicines Management: Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to optimise medicines management processes.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.
* Stock Control: Assist with ordering, stock control, and medicines reconciliation.
* Dispensary Support: Contribute to efficient dispensary operations and workflow management.
