Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission (Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40,000+)
Experience: No previous sales experience required - full training provided
Interview: One‑stage, face‑to‑face interview at the end of January
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound calls to businesses across the UK
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our specialist partners
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
* Learning proven sales techniques and developing commercial confidence
* Working closely with sales teams and external partners
* Keeping CRM systems accurate and compliant
