About The Role
Are you focused on detail and do you enjoy being organized? With this opportunity as Technical Administrator, you will keep technical and quality systems up to date. You will help teams by maintaining documents, logging data and preparing reports. You work closely with Specifications, Raw Materials, QA and Compliance teams to make sure the site stays audit‑ready and customers receive correct, clear information.
Key Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinating and updating artwork, raising POs and managing artwork invoices.
* Handling ad‑hoc data requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
* Updating intake specifications when changes are required.
* Completing nutritional trackers, spreadsheets and product data updates.
* Maintaining and monitoring technical paperwork to support due diligence.
* Providing weekly and monthly trend data, including KPIs.
* Logging and managing customer complaints through to resolution.
* Assistant with risk assessments, audits, and document control updates.
* Updating technical systems, records and databases accurately and on time.
* Maintaining Quality Systems with operational updates, trackers and reports.

* You will have experience in a role where being organized and having good attention to detail are key.
* Being secure in your use of MS Excel, Word, databases and in‑house IT systems.
* Able to follow instructions and work accurately with data.
* You will have a customer‑focused mindset and good teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and traceability is helpful.
