Responsibilities
* Prepare food using fresh, seasonal ingredients at volume.
* Manage kitchen operations and kitchen team.
* Maintain relationships with onsite clients.
* Ensure service runs smoothly and all due diligence is adhered to.
* Maintain food safety and quality standards.
* Lead, coach and support staff to achieve excellent service.
Background & Qualifications
Experience as a Cook/Chef Manager, with strong cooking and people‑management skills; familiar with fresh, seasonal ingredients at volume and managing kitchen staff.
