Building Services Manager
Tier 1
Full Time, Permanent Role

Are you an experienced Building Services Manager?
Duties and responsibilities:
* Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain
* Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals
* Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to
* Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages
* Review technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teams
* Manage the coordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery team
* Checking quality of installations by sub contractors on site
* Manage commissioning and sign off BS systems
What are they looking for?
* Someone from either a main contractor, consultancy and or subcontractor background
* Experience of both mechanical and electrical services
* Experience of preconstruction and delivery
