The role will involve working on a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors, with values typically ranging from £500,000 to £5 million.
Based in Surrey and working across the Southeast—including Hampshire, West Sussex, and London. Role & Responsibilities
1. Take a lead role in the running of projects across all stages with a particular focus on stage 4 onwards.
2. Developing client relationships
3. Develop inventive design solutions
4. Working on the production of technical drawing packages
5. Taking personal ownership of projects and being the point of contact for the project.
6. Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties on a regular basis
7. Producing accurate, detailed information
8. Attending site.
Required Skills & Experience
9. Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in the relevant sectors in the UK
10. Ability to work independently
11. Ability to work on later technical stages is essential (Applicants ideally should supply a Portfolio highlighting 1.5 drawing examples)
12. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and Revit ability highly beneficial
13. A technical test will be part of the interview process
14. Experience of running projects and experience of onsite delivery
15. Ability to deal with design issues, finding innovative solutions
16. Love of architecture and keen to embrace new techniques and technologies
17. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues,
18. Be within 45 minutes commute of the business.
