CTS is growing, and we are seeking skilled Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineers to support HVAC system performance across major commercial projects. If you already operating at lead-engineer level, we want to hear from you.
We're hiring for experienced Pre-Commission Cleaning engineers capable of independent system management

Role responsibilities:
• Lead pre-commission cleaning on medium & large-scale projects
• Manage flushing, chemical dosing, filtration & system validation
• Produce test results, water quality certificates & close-out packs
• Liaise with commissioning teams, main contractors & consultants
• Plan works, oversee junior techs & ensure compliance to BSRIA BG29/ BG50 standards
• Represent CTS onsite — delivering performance assurance professionally
Ideal candidate profile:
• Strong experience in Pre-Comm cleaning & water treatment systems
• Confident with LTHW/CHW flushing, testing & documentation
• Good client interfacing & leadership capability
• Able to work independently and manage work fronts efficiently
