Location: Bristol (hybrid working available).
Salary: Competitive salary plus 12.5% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance and additional benefits.

Overview
The National Composites Centre (NCC) is at the forefront of the composites revolution. We accelerate innovative technologies, partner with industry and maintain world‑leading information governance to ensure compliance and maximize the value of the information we hold.
Responsibilities
 * Provide administrative support for the day‑to‑day activities of the Information Governance (IG) function.
 * Assist the IG Manager and Data Protection Officer in processing IG matters efficiently and in accordance with legislation, providing guidance on policy & procedure, and shaping how we manage and protect information across the NCC.
Qualifications
 * Confident communicator capable of building strong relationships and encouraging a culture of trust and openness.
 * Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection legislation/regulation beneficial.
 * Experience with UKG classified Official Sensitive documents and higher.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
 * Keen interest in developing a career in Information Governance and Data Protection, with a willingness to learn.
