WWT EMEA has an opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience delivering solutions in highly regulated and financial services environments. Skilled in managing Agile and Scrum-driven programmes, with strong hands-on exposure to ServiceNow workflows, software asset management, and end-to-end application lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will bring solid understanding of endpoint management, including Intune and broader EUC technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient deployment of enterprise applications and services. Adept at bridging technical execution with governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
This is a contract Role & Inside IR35
Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 9 months Contract
Location: Remote, United Kingdom (Occasional travel to London as per business need)
Job Description:
* Analyzing and improving governance processes for developer software.
* Defining requirements for automation of approval and onboarding workflows
* Supporting the package manager and Windows 11 feature rollout from a process/governance perspective
Key Requirements:
* Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management.
* Understands SDLC, developer workflows, and technical concepts well enough to facilitate conversations between engineering and business stakeholders.
* Experience analyzing and improving operational processes.
* Financial services / regulated industry experience
* Experience with ServiceNow workflows
* Experience with software asset management or application lifecycle processes
* Technical project management experience (Agile, Scrum)
* Familiarity with Intune, endpoint management, and general EUC concepts
Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
