Warehouse manager

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations at the Deeside site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective management of loading activities, production support, and health and safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership and organisational skills to manage warehouse teams, maintain operational standards, and ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time.

The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across warehouse and production operations, identifying opportunities to improve working practices, efficiency, and overall site performance. The Warehouse Manager will also support environmentally responsible and sustainable operational processes while ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal regulations. Understand the priorities of the business in relation to day-to-day activities (current and potential orders) and give priority to those projects that have the biggest impact.

Effectively communicate and manage employees under your leadership to ensure everyone is working to their full potential and any issues are highlighted and documented.

Key Duties / Key Responsibilities:
