This is a critical leadership role, ideal for a commercial professional with a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within highly regulated environments. Commercial Leadership: Drive commercial strategy and oversight for contracts and projects.
Provide essential commercial input to bids, tenders, and pricing models.
Commercial Governance: Implement and maintain robust commercial governance, identifying and mitigating risks.
Financial Partnership: Collaborate closely with finance and delivery teams to ensure project profitability.
Performance Reporting: Develop and manage commercial reporting and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key commercial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial Management Experience: Proven track record in a Commercial Manager role within defence, aerospace, or engineering.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, contract management, and risk mitigation.
Security Clearance: You must be a sole British National and able to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance.
Ability to commit to a hybrid working model (3-4 days onsite in Cheltenham).
