Solicitor - Residential & Rural Property (Agriculture) - Exeter- 3+ Years PQE
Location: Exeter
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £85,000, dependent on experience
A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its expanding Residential & Rural Property team, focusing on agricultural property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of rural and residential property matters, including:
* Agricultural land and estate transactions
* High-value acquisitions and disposals
* Non-contentious rural property work
* Liaising with private clients, financial institutions, and professional advisers
* Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* 3+ years PQE in property law, ideally with rural or agricultural experience
* Strong technical and drafting skills across conveyancing and commercial property
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently and building client trust
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Willingness to engage in networking and business development activities
