The successful candidate will work toward the Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce and have a mix of monthly face-to-face at work, weekly classes and remote tutor visit to support you through your learning journey. This includes a Paediatric First Aid qualification, as well as Functional skills level 2 in maths & English if required.
