Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor – Gloucestershire – Up to £38,000 – Manufacturing

Reporting to the HSE Manager, the Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor will:
* Carry out HS&E committee and Safety Representative activities
* Carry out safety inspections, risk assessments and incident and accident reports Manage and promote HS&E competence and awareness amongst employees and HS&E representatives by use of the training matrix
* Provide technical advice and training on HS&E matters
* Actively managing the incident investigation process, ensuring root cause analysis and adequate corrective actions are identified
* Support the work of HS&E Representatives to ensure thorough understanding and completion of necessary xcswzye tasks
* Collating HS&E data and providing concise interpretative management reports on HS&E matters as required
* Engaging with stakeholders at all levels and be proactive on HSE Matters
What are they looking for?
* NEBOSH General Certificate (preferred)
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a H&S role
* Experience working within an operational environment
* UK Driving Licence with your own vehicle
* Be able to communicate effectively and work well within a team
* Passionate about developing a career in HSE
