Youwill have previous experience working in Recruitment as an On-siteConsultant, ideally working in the Logistics sector.
Working asa Recruitment Consultant:
You will be based at our client's Distribution Centre in Swindon and the role will include:
1. Working in the recruitment office and in the Warehouse
2. Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to on boarding
3. Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates (you should be confident speaking to large groups of people)
4. Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
5. Utilising internal systems
* Ticket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Order Numbers etc)
* Payroll Management Systems
* Time & Attendance Systems
6. Data collation/reporting
* Tracking worker attendance
* Creating Reports
