Recruitment Project Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Job Type: 6-month contract; possibility to extend

What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams-including location leads, real estate, HR, and finance-to design and implement onboarding plans for 180+ hires, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource needs are met
* Partner with vendors and regional cohorts to identify potential candidates, manage large‑scale CV collection, and coordinate timely interviews for software engineering, business analysis, and project management roles
* Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding projects, maintaining regular communication, providing status updates, and disseminating information to key stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
* Analyze onboarding workflows, seating arrangements, and resource allocation to identify and implement more efficient approaches for large‑scale onboarding initiatives
* Collect, manipulate, and report onboarding‑related data using Excel and firmwide tools, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders to track progress and inform decision‑making
What You Bring
* Experienced in end‑to‑end recruitment processes
* Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, meeting deadlines, and managing resources efficiently
* Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and smooth operations
* Adept at handling large‑scale recruitment drives, managing high volumes of candidates while maintaining process efficiency and accuracy
* Proficient in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing recruitment and project metrics to support informed decision‑making
