We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team, managing a portfolio of SME business customers and helping them maximise their potential with Evri. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for your portfolio of SME customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while driving volume and profitability growth. You’ll take a proactive, hands-on approach to managing and developing accounts - identifying new opportunities, retaining business, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing in your role: Managing and growing your own portfolio of SME accounts to meet and exceed commercial targets. Building strong customer relationships through regular calls and virtual meetings (80% of your role will be phone-based). Conducting volume and pricing reviews to identify growth and margin opportunities. Preparing accurate reports and forecasts on account performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Supporting clients with new product launches and promotions to drive engagement and loyalty. Collaborating closely with internal teams, from Operations and Marketing to Finance and Legal to deliver seamless customer experiences. Managing churn and ensuring accounts trade in line with agreed volumes and budgets. Handling escalations and complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Still interested? A strong understanding of commercial performance, P&L, and profitability. Excellent communication skills - confident presenting, negotiating, and handling challenging conversations.
