This varied role will see you leading a team of designers and engineers while managing the design delivery of multiple projects. You'll oversee design coordination, ensure compliance with technical and quality standards, and work closely with clients to drive projects from concept through to completion. Alongside team leadership, you'll manage project programmes, resources and key design deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of designers and engineers and manage design delivery of multiple projects.
* Oversee design coordination and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
* Work closely with clients to drive projects from concept through to completion.
* Manage project programmes, resources and key design deliverables.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits and oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing designs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Renewable or Manufacturing background.
* MEP design management experience.
* Commutable to Redhill.
* Strong communication, project management and team leadership skills.
