We are currently recruiting for a telecommunications company for the role of 2nd Line Support IT Analyst. What you’ll be doing:
* Serve as the escalation point for advanced technical issues, performing thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting via remote tools and deep technical expertise
* Collaborate closely with 1st Line Support to elevate security standards, appropriately escalate unresolved issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors to drive resolutions
* Identify, initiate, and process change requests, actively participate in change approval meetings, and help enhance incident management procedures
* Deliver on-site support as needed, including installations, hardware decommissions, and acting as a technical representative - comprehensive training provided.
Main Skills/ Requirements:
1. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential
2. Demonstrated hands-on experience in both 1st and 2nd Line Support, preferably within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or cellular network environment
