Flexible role to take you into 2026 available now! Leaders in Care are working with an authority in South Wales, for an experienced practitioner to join their established fostering service as an agency supervising social worker covering the position on a long term basis.

Responsibilities
As a supervising social worker, you will also be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, assessing special guardians and ensuring support plans are in place, also to work with a child's social worker to achieve permanence, either through long term fostering or special guardianship.

Qualifications
