Care Assistants needed Are you an experienced care assistant looking for work in the Worthing or surrounding areas? Are you looking for flexible work to fit around your lifestyle? We are, however, able to provide the additional 20 hours for your sponsorship if you already have one. If your application is successful, when working for us, you can expect to work in and around the Worthing area for our clients. Shift patterns range from 6 to 12 hours with the occasional option for overtime whilst on shift.
