Role Responsibilities
* Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
* Work as part of a team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
* Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
* Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
* Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team
* Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors
* Embrace team effort and take pride in achieving common goals
* Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share with the team
* Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
