Managing Consultant - HR & Commercial Office at The ONE Group Ltd

What your day will look like?

* Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
* Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring swift resolution of issues and maintaining service excellence.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to align team objectives with strategic goals.
* Oversee key operational processes, including the performance of a variety of products.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage team performance through regular feedback, training, and development, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

What our client is looking for?

* Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* High proficiency in IT tools (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
* Understanding of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
* Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment at a senior or team leader level.

Salary and Benefits:

* Up to £35,000 PA.
* 25 + bank holidays.

This role is fully office based, Monday - Friday.
