Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: Manchester (Hybrid role) Certain Advantage are looking for a highly skilled and committed NQ Solicitor to join our clients established Clinical Negligence team. In this role, you will manage your own caseload of claims covering a wide range of medical, dental, and clinical injury matters. The work will be both varied and challenging, with cases spanning different levels of complexity and value. Key Responsibilities: Apply expert knowledge across all areas of clinical negligence law, handling complex and sensitive cases with professionalism. Manage litigated claims with a strong grasp of the technical and procedural issues involved. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and always ensure compliance. Take personal ownership of cases while working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Show strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to case progression and client service.
