Location: Cartwright Vehicle Conversions LTD - Belton Salary: £25,396 - £25,500 Hours: Monday to Friday, Mon- Thur 8.00am – 17.00 – Fri 8.00am – 14.00

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional full-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Handle enquiries and provide information as needed
* Support other departments with ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional appearance and demeanour
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
