About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join a welcoming primary school in the CF24 area from June 2026. This full-time role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children with additional learning needs, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
* Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH)
* Assist in implementing personalised support strategies and interventions
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Psychology (or related field)
* Strong interest in child development, behaviour, and mental health
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a school environment
* Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable
