As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading our quality assurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the Quality Assurance (QA) and Hygiene teams, developing talent through coaching, clear objectives, and succession planning.
2. Be an integral part of the site senior leadership team, helping shape and deliver the sites quality and operational strategy.
3. Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, customer codes of practice, and industry standards (including BRCGS, Red Tractor, and retailer standards).
