Through elections, forums, campaigns, and policy change, we help students lead, influence, and reimagine their world. We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious strategy. In this role, you will lead a small but talented team, developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring sound financial management, and strengthening the governance frameworks that underpin all we do. Working closely with elected student leaders and the Board, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing insight, foresight, and assurance to support organisational planning, risk management, and effective resource allocation. We are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong knowledge of SORP and a proven track record of using data and insights to shape strategy and evidence impact. Equally important is your ability to foster a collaborative, solution-focused culture within a relaxed but professional working environment. You will be future-focused, helping Warwick SU make informed decisions that drive growth, strengthen sustainability, and ensure our organisation continues to thrive.
