Role Overview
Provide frontline customer support for Zeal Group's German & English speaking customers across phone, email, chat, and self‑service channels. Work in a hybrid model with 80% remote activity, supporting up to 25,000 contacts per month with a target of 90%+ customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
* Answer the phone promptly and professionally.
* Respond to emails and live chat promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with the Team Leader to meet client expectations.
* Present the client in a professional manner at all times.
* Continuously seek ways to improve performance.
* Maintain organization, professionalism, and reliability.
* Work flexibly between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday‑Saturday.
* Show a willingness to learn and engage in a fun work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Good analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
* Previous call centre/back office experience (desirable).
Working Hours & Flexibility
Shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday. Employees may be requested to cover evenings and weekends. A nomis rota is supplied monthly.
