Due to increasing commitments, we now have opportunities for a Commercial Administrator who will be based at our contracting office on 40 Business Park, Penrith, Cumbria.
Key Accountability
* Administrative support for Buying, Estimating and Quantity Surveying, including processing timesheets, drawing management, logging delivery notes/tickets, updating databases, filing etc.
* Ensure the effective organisation and administration of Commercial team meetings or events by preparing agendas, presentations, and facilities/equipment, taking accurate minutes, and following up on agreed actions to ensure their closure.
* To effectively communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all onboarding documents are distributed and returned correctly.
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous administration experience at a senior level, working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience and working knowledge of construction administration is preferred but not essential.
* Holder of a Full UK Driving License.
* Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels to build effective working relationships.
* Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work effectively.
