V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest-growing PropTech organizations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.
They are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.
The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.
Responsibilities
* Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to grow revenue within your territory.
* Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, focusing on Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
* Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our value proposition and addressing their business challenges.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance needs.
* Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
* Provide regular sales activity updates to leadership.
* Develop business plans and marketing strategies to support channel partners.
* Forecast revenue accurately on various timeframes.
* Develop KPIs to monitor partner performance and review routines.
* Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 6+ years in Account Management within a tech/SaaS environment.
* Tenacious cold calling and lead engagement skills.
* Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset prioritizing client needs.
* Interest in identifying client problems and crafting smart solutions.
* Experience with enterprise clients (SaaS), Key Account, or Reseller Management.
* Highly organized and analytical, data-driven decision-making.
* Background in business administration, economics, or related fields preferred.
* Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
