The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
Ideally, you will be capable of executing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting results. You should be comfortable handling small to large media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta
* Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact
* Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
* Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to increase growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
* Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
* Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization, shoppable content, and platform features
* Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
* Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
* Coordinate content creation with in-house TikTok creators, freelancers, and influencers
* Recommend and plan campaign budgets
* Propose new business opportunities
* Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
* Expertise in TikTok and a thorough understanding of the platform
* Proactive in building strong client relationships, willing to travel for meetings
* Agency experience with a successful account management track record
* Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing
* Experience leading teams
* Passion for working on paid campaigns
* Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
* Experience creating effective media plans
* Experience working with various brands, either in-house or agency
* Good eye for creative that converts
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advisement experience for live production
* Experience managing or advising TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking
