Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Head Chef at Killyhevlin Hotel and Health Club, located in Enniskillen. The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Duties also include ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory and supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The Executive Head Chef will also be tasked with creating innovative and appealing dishes, training kitchen staff, and managing kitchen budgets.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, such as menu planning, food preparation, and food presentation
* Leadership and staff management experience, including training and coordination
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Inventory management and budgeting skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* Professional Chef Certification or equivalent experience
* Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
