Contract Type: Temporary (12 month contract)
Hours: 25hrs a week
5 days over Monday-Sunday (days and times may vary due to service needs)
Location of post: Working across Margam Country Park, Gnoll Country Park and Afan Forest Park.

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team, helping ensure our Country parks remains safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all.
The main duties of the post;
As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital role in managing parking compliance within the three Country Parks, engaging positively with visitors, and maintaining a visible presence to promote responsible use of our facilities.
Patrol parking areas and issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) using computerised systems where applicable.
Provide advice and information to visitors regarding parking, whilst maintain accurate records and completion necessary documentation.
Support the wider park teams in delivering excellent visitor experience.
We’re looking for someone with-
1. A love of working outdoors and being active
2. Experience of interacting with members of the public
3. The ability to communicate confidently with people from all walks of life.
4. Ability to deal with confrontational situations
5. Full training and uniform will be provided to the successful candidate
Applicants will be experienced in a customer service or enforcement role and Knowledgeable of relevant legislation and procedures, however training will be provided.
