We are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector who wish to continue to expand their coverage. Therefore, we are seeking new Account Managers to cover an area of the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on an autonomous role where you can be your own boss, with a competitive salary, package, laptop, phone, and a new fully electric company car! The car will incur minimal company car tax.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to existing motor dealer accounts and actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts within your designated territory.

Training will be provided throughout your career, including an initial week at HQ, followed by one-on-one sessions to help you settle in, along with ongoing training and regular sales meetings.

The Role…

* Research and maintain comprehensive knowledge of your territory and the opportunities within it.
* Develop and coach the performance of new and existing dealers by delivering tailored training solutions to support their warranty sales.
* Identify new ways to win business from target accounts using our consultative sales process.
* Handle all client queries and liaise with management as needed.
* Negotiate and overcome objections to secure business from target dealer accounts.
* Plan ahead to ensure you meet your monthly new business KPIs.
* Regularly review your territory to identify areas needing additional focus.
* Manage your diary effectively to maximize productivity.

Experience Required

* Sales experience and/or field-based environment is preferred but not essential; successful Account Managers have come from retail backgrounds such as John Lewis or Next, or from the motor trade as Business or Sales Managers.
* Self-confidence and strong relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with cold-calling and quick thinking.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to change and improve continuously.
* Highly self-motivated, ambitious to succeed.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Persuasion and influencing skills to close sales.
* Ability to propose ideas and proposals confidently to management.
* Friendly, people-focused attitude with big ambitions.
* Training will be provided via HQ and regional managers.
* Motivated by working in a fast-growing organization committed to continuous improvement.
* Accessible managers who listen to team ideas and suggestions.

The Salary & Package

* £50,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission (Top Account Manager earning £68,000).
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Company pension scheme.
* Company vehicle: New VW ID3 Electric – currently £10/month tax.
* Laptop and mobile phone provided.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends!

Experience:

* Sales & Management: 1 year preferred.
* Driving license required.
* Work location: Hybrid – working from home and client visits.
