We manage over 160 homes for individual owners, 60 for B2B clients, and several apartment hotels. As we expand our portfolio, we aim to maintain high-quality service for guests and clients.
Purpose of the Role
Welcoming guests, checking them in and out, handling queries, and providing professional guest service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
This role involves active communication with guests in person, via our communication platform, and over the phone.
The primary goal is to deliver an excellent guest experience, building trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth daily operations of our hotels
* Check daily arrivals and highlight special requests
* Prepare and verify keys/cards for arrivals and departures
* Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms
* Report maintenance issues to the in-house team
* Respond to guest inquiries and messages
* Manage guest reviews on various platforms
* Conduct room checks to ensure standards
* Monitor communal spaces for safety and cleanliness
* React to fire alarms and fulfill Fire Marshall duties
* Assist housekeeping staff as needed
* Provide high-level customer service to all guests
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality or customer service
* Problem-solving skills and self-motivation to deliver outstanding service
* Fluent in English (C1 level, written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Compensation
* £25,400 per annum for 40 hours/week (excluding lunch breaks)
* 33 days off including Bank Holidays
* Night shift
* Pension contributions
