A dedicated Short Term Rental sales role that is responsible for maximising sales within our existing customer base, whilst generating business with new customers, in line with targets and budget. The role will cover Region South which spans from the Midlands, the south of England, and the South Wales. The role is a hybrid of internal and external sales, and the expectation is that customers and prospects will be visited regularly. What We Offer Responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting new customers Responsible for maximising sales opportunities within existing customer base Successfully build and manage an effective sales pipeline Report on key activity to UK&I Asset Director, Regional Asset Directors, and Regional STR Managers Engage with sales team and Regional Asset Directors to maximise all sales opportunities Responsible for price negotiations and development of customer framework agreements Follow up of all new leads Ensure customers and prospects are fully aware of our short-term rental offering Ensure customers receive the very best customer experience at all times Tasks And Qualifications Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications A true hunter/lead generator with sales entrepreneurship A team player Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external colleagues Self-motivated and flexible Committed to own learning and development Honest, reliable and approachable Excellent communicator, responder, and ability to adapt and flex to unexpected situations IT literate, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential Numerate and literate, clear and analytical decision-maker Can understand and follow company policies and procedures and work in a structured way Possess the drive, determination and tenacity to hit financial and operational targets.
