We are looking to recruit Reablement Support Workers to serve Northwich, Winsford, Frodsham, and surrounding rural areas.

The service is based at the portal in Ellesmere Port; however, the team delivers care and support throughout the borough in people's homes.
What you’ll be doing
As a Reablement Worker, you will support people in their own homes for a short period to help them reach their full potential. This includes managing various aspects of daily living skills, setting clear and achievable goals to rebuild independence and confidence, and supporting sustainable independent living at home and in the community.

We seek individuals who genuinely care and are committed to making a difference. The role involves a service that operates one day a week, and successful candidates will be expected to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Enhanced pay rates are available for Bank Holidays, evening, and weekend work.
Shift patterns include:
* Am – Pm
* Am – Pm
* Pm – Pm

You will work with a friendly team based in Vale Royal and rural areas within Cheshire West and Chester.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily living skills, including personal and intimate care, to promote independence

This community-based role requires a driving license.
Previous care experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
