A well known multi-site leisure and hospitality business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
You will play a key role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of the Group. You will support strategic initiatives, optimise profitability and improve operational efficiency across the group.
Main duties include:
* Leading on group-wide Finance projects, with a focus on improving efficiencies, delivering profit improvements, and generating insights to assist strategic decision-making
* Performing detailed deep-dive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, cost-saving opportunities / cost control measures, and partnering with key stakeholders
* Supporting and challenging the development team on the development of investment proposals, financial due diligence, and ROI calculations;
* Supporting and challenging the Design team on capex investment proposals and the development of ROI calculations,
* Working with the F&B Operations team to provide insight and identify opportunities to improve profitability and performance
* Tracking the commercial performance of marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and revenue management initiatives
* Participating in cross-functional projects to drive business initiatives
* Supporting the CFO and Head of Commercial Finance with other business projects as required.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial finance role in a multi-site business.
