What skills and experience we're looking for
Chellow Heights Special School is seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at the West site.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will work as part of the team during the busy lunchtime period, helping pupils develop eating skills.
Requirements include:
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A passion and desire to make a difference
Responsibilities will include:
* Supervising children during the midday lunch break
* Assisting with supervision in the dining hall, ensuring good eating habits and table manners during meal service
* Supervising children outdoors after they have finished in the dining hall
Having a first aid qualification or willingness to undertake training is beneficial.
