This is a rewarding opportunity to lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently. Key Responsibilities: Lead on care planning, behaviour support strategies, and health & safety risk assessments Deliver and monitor high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs Provide staff supervision and training Act as deputy to the Team Leader Maintain accurate records using approved systems Administer medication and delegated healthcare tasks Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion Safeguard resident wellbeing and report concerns Support residents in educational, social, and community activities Champion effective communication across teams and families Embed positive behaviour support strategies Encourage independence and self-advocacy What We’re Looking For: Empathy and understanding for adults with SEND Strong team player with ability to work independently Commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice Willingness to undertake delegated healthcare tasks Effective communication skills Awareness of safeguarding and person-centred care Passion for promoting independence Why Join Us?
