Strive Collective is a London-based company that works with brands in the energy sector, delivering face-to-face customer engagement at events, retail spaces, and promotional locations across London. Through live events and public campaigns, we help energy providers connect directly with customers, answer questions, and provide clear information about their services. We are currently looking for friendly, confident individuals to join our team as Event Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments, interacting with the public, and providing helpful support in person rather than over the phone or online. Full training is provided. The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will work at events, promotional locations, and retail spaces across London, speaking directly with customers and ensuring each interaction is welcoming, helpful, and informative. You will play an important role in creating a positive face-to-face experience for customers attending events or visiting promotional stands. This is a face-to-face customer service role in public environments, not a call centre or office-based position. Core Duties: Welcome and assist customers at events and promotional locations Provide clear and accurate information about energy services Answer customer questions in a friendly and professional manner Help create a welcoming environment at promotional stands Support the organisation and setup of event spaces when required Maintain a professional and approachable presence while representing partner brands Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations Deliver a positive customer experience throughout each event Ideal Candidate: Confident speaking with members of the public face-to-face Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in busy event environments Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or events experience is beneficial but not essential.
