Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
* Deliver a customer-first experience throughout the full sales journey
* Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through quality, compliant sales processes
* Ensure all products and specifications are clearly explained and delivered as promised
* Provide professional guidance and support to customers at every stage
* Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership goals
Qualifications
* Has experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
* Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills
* Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
* Is self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and target‑driven
* Has a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
* Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Has excellent problem‑solving skills
* Holds a full valid UK driving licence
