Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the operational and clinical aspects of the pharmacy team
Providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of medicines
Driving continuous improvement in medicine management and patient safety
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
Promoting multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver outstanding patient care
Salary and Benefits
The Pharmacy Manager will receive:
A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum
35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays

About You
To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you will need:
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Significant experience in hospital pharmacy and surgical patient management
Proven managerial experience in a clinical or healthcare environment
Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
A collaborative, proactive approach to patient-centred careCandidates with experience as a Medicine Management Lead, Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, or Pharmaceutical Services Lead are encouraged to apply.
