Job Role
You would be responsible for the delivery of various projects as well as providing Professional Services to new and existing clients.
We wish to diversify our client base and expand our range of services in accordance with our strategic plan. All members of our professional team are involved in this process.
There is considerable scope for progression within the practice, with the necessary support and guidance to develop your skillsets and broadness of services delivery.
About You
We are looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent) and a track record of delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
A positive attitude to working and keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice.
A good attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond where required is also essential.
