We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner looking for a strategic, hands-on Service Delivery Director to lead and optimise their delivery function across consultancy, development, and project management.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll help shape scalable operations, drive client satisfaction, and support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a service strategy aligned with business goals
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability
* Lead and support high-performing teams across multiple delivery disciplines
* Optimise resource allocation and drive utilisation and operational efficiency
* Set and monitor KPIs, improve service processes and resolve escalations swiftly
* Work closely with executive leadership to align delivery capability with commercial objectives
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a senior delivery leadership role within a Microsoft partner or ERP consultancy
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing P&L
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
* Track record of scaling operations and improving delivery performance
